This delicious aromatic sourdough bread is made with fresh rosemary from our garden, Portuguese sea salt crystals and a splash of Spanish EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil). The 24 hour fermentation gives you that signature sourdough flavor while the rosemary elevates the bread with gentle new fragrances. The top of the bread is brushed with Spanish EVOO giving it a thin flakey crust and the interior...sooo fluffy.

Made from: White Wheat Flour, Fresh Rosemary, Portuguese Sea Salt, Spanish EVOO and Wild Yeast (sourdough starter).

The Rosemary & Sea Salt Sourdough Bread was wonderful as is all the things I order. The bread was fresh and of course the homemade Garlic & Chives Aioli is addictive. They are just a treat.

Subtly Herbed and salted

Sagit’s Rosemary & Sea Salt Sourdough Bread paired so well with her homemade Garlic & Chives Aioli this week. The outside crisp yet lightly sea salted crust lead you into its slightly moist textured bounty. The rosemary was surprisingly not in this herbs usually robust form, but was a subtle undertone to the sour dough and let it brightly shine through. The texture and flavors were so delicious!
